Research
GLOBE Center staff undertake research to determine the localization issues that arise when U.S. companies attempt to do business with foreign markets, and to evaluate the localization efforts of various firms to determine which practices are effective. In addition, the GLOBE Center researches alternative methods of globalizing products and strategies.
Research findings and relevant information on localization are compiled and classified in our information database. This body of knowledge serves as a framework for consulting and educational activities, and will continue to be expanded and updated. The GLOBE Center is able to provide companies with customized research, addressing such topics as:
- Countries and regions
- Globalization management strategies
- Foreign customer studies
- Global competitive analysis
Research may coincide with corporate consulting projects.
